Once I upgraded to 4.3 it magically appeared just like beam and go

Hmmm...since I take no system updates as I'm rooted must be part of HD12 rom....funny it wasn't on phone yesterday

That link should explain on what it is best. Basic explanation is the ability to add external sensors and communicate with certain products/apps at ultra low power requirements. Way lower (years compared to hours) than Bluetooth LE. It's pretty much a health and fitness standard and I'm very happy to have now. Now I can use my Endomondo App with my ANT+ enabled heart rate monitor. Cheers!

I have no problem with apps unless they get automatically installed with no uninstall function....
