When buying my moto and comparing specs, I liked idea of 8cores.. 4 dedicated to video screen /gpu? Then if so, why would I have a slight clicking studder_ever_when related to video processes?

In fairness, I am extremely ocd regarding audio. It's not a huge issue and my phone is extremely amazing running Eclipse 3.2.

The audio screen on/off issue has been present throughout different roms and system versions.

I'm not entirely sure what your problem is, but it seems like you're saying that audio quality is worse when screen is off? If so i'm pretty sure the moto x has a max screen off frequency so that may be it.

I think canezila might be referring to the lag, or latency between the audio and visual of the screen on/off effects...?

I believe that is it. And only when using blue tooth. I am going to try changing the gpu from ondemand to performance and try that tomorrow.
