With this patch , when i press power button to reboot or enter recovery - nothing appears and phone is rebooted. Me and friend of mine have same problems.

Yes you are right. This could be done by erasing this files with one root explorer app, and be replaced by a patch.
Just patch this file to restore original files.

    I have Kaspersky Mobile Security on my phone and did not warned me at all. I installed tested and nothing... Works well.
