New base since last release. Much more stable and snappier for me. Super smooth. What kernel are you using? Did you full wipe?

p.s. Remember there is a Q&A for this rom.

I always forget about the Q&A threads, sorry. Yes, full wipe, lordclockan kernel that came with latest update. Last version was silky smooth for me, this one is slightly slower, I mainly notice when sliding the main screens/app drawer.

My wife has the last version on her phone so I was able to compare them side to side

We didn't have that issue in our testing. Did you happen to restore any apps? Are you undervolting?

If this is only with the sliding on home screen and app drawer, by chance did the launcher change, too? The changelog mentions Apex is default now. Was Nova the previous launcher? Maybe that is the difference.

For those of you experiencing the homescreen stuttering, this should be fixed on the next update of aospX, which should then make its way onto this rom. Quote from existz-

As for the "stutter" on homescreens that some have reported, I got a possible fix added, which I'm not 100% if it fixes it since I don't have this issue...so let me know once I release 29 if its still there...I got something else I can try if not. Also I WILL require a full wipe so start getting things backed up...it will be needed. I'm just cleaning up some stuff and doing a clean build, I'll try to get it out today, if not tomorrow (as long as something big doesn't come along)

OK this is from is great absolutely love it but I have one issue sometimes when my screen goes to sleep it won't come back on and I have to do a battery pull I think I've had to do it maybe four times since 8am this morning. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it any advice would be great thanks.. And thanks again for a great rom

Are you intercultural or overclocking? Those are the largest reasons for freezing. If you are, then try stock and see if that fixes it.

It is a problem in the aospX base. A new build will be ready soon with it fixed, hopefully.

I live in southeast game I am overclocking but it doesn't matter even without over locking it doesn't matter but I did just turn on undervolting to aggressive and haven't had a shutoff yet so maybe it won't. Can't wait for a new build. Thank you to everyone involved in the dev team also!!!

    What is it you ask?
    -A Serious Work in Progress!
    -This is compiled from from source from AospX by existz
    -Redemption Tools app with OTA features
    -Custom Camera Launcher that launches Angel Camera for stills and VideoCam Illusion for Videos
    (You need a player like Rock Player Lite or MXPlayer to Play the Videos)
    -OTA updates.
    -Andrev OC built in with CPU Tweak for custom Sleep/Wake Profiles
    -Custom Preset CPU OC profiles and preset UV settings
    -Latest Gapps for ICS and libs
    -Apex Launcher
    -ES File Manager
    -Titanium Backup
    -QuickPic
    -Palringo chat app - team chat room is: theandroidcollective sign in with XDA name if at all possible! (Gotham theme by Trevino07 and Zelendel)
    -Tons of Features in Collective Tools in the Settings Menu
    -Ability to download and install Nova Launcher and others along side the default launcher.
    -Again Please keep in mind that this is an Alpha Release. It is very stable for every day use but will contain bugs

    **included kernel in this build is stock aospX. The custom profiles from tools and the clock steps in cpu tweak will not work. If you are using included kernel, please use AX Control for setting clock speeds and governors. The LorDMod kernels, found in the OTA are compatible with Tools and CPU Tweak. We are working on going back to our own custom kernel, so bear with us**


    How To:
    1. Back Up your Stuff.
    2. Wipe Data/ Factory Reset
    3. Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
    4. Flash .zip in recovery
    5. Allow full first boot, reboot
    6. Sign in to Market to add account.
    7. Open Redemption Tools from Settings Menu and make it your own.
    8. Rate the thread and hit some "Thanks" buttons!

    Custom OC Profiles & Undervolt Settings:
    Sloth - Sleep = conservative 122/122 + Wake = ondemand 122/921
    flappjaxxx - Sleep = conservative 122/122 + Wake = ondemand 122/1152
    rasroy - Sleep = conservative 122/384 + Wake = ondemandX 122/1382
    Nun - Sleep = conservative 230/384 + Wake = ondemand 230/1228
    Lone Star - Sleep = conservative 122/122 + Wake = ondemandX 230/1305

    In the CPU Tab hit your Menu button and you will see CPU Tweak.
    CPU Tweak is exactly that, it will allow you to fully customize your Sleep and Wake Governors and Clock Speeds.
    *Warning* Do be careful with this as using incorrect settings may have ill effects.
    Do not use these setting unless you know what you are doing.

    Undervolting:
    Lite Undervolt = -25mV
    Standard Undervolt = -50mV
    Aggressive Undervolt = -75mV

    This was referring to my earlier post. I once took down a deer with one shot at about 400 yards, hunters know that's a pretty good shot. I like venison but I don't like liver. Does are more tender but illegal to hunt in most places, bucks taste good also.
