-A Rooted Device.
-At Last Busybox Utility Tool Installed in Your Custom OS.
Installation Procedure Same For All Updates
How To Install This Mod :
- First Switch off Your Device
- Than Go To Recovery Mode
- And Than Go To ClockWorkMod Recovery
- Open Mount and Storage there
- Mount System Partition
- Mount Data Partition
(Note : if mount/system like this than you need to mount, after mounting you see unmount/system; Same for data partition)
- After Mounting Go back
- Selected install zip from sdcard
- Than choose zip from sdcard
- Select NETCore_Build.zip
- Installation Starts
- Done
- Reboot Now

- Disable ip forwading.
- Disable log martians.
- TCP Unit with Low and High Buffer Data.
(There are two codes related to Low and High Buffer Data change as per your need)
- Usage of Kernel Based Modules for Improving TCP.
- Enable Hysteresis Network Patch.
- Increase NetPoll Carrier timeout.
- Only Use of TCP_Cubic as Congestion Algorithum.
- Disable TCP Hybrid Slow start.
- Disable fast_convergence,initial_ssthresh and tcp_friendliness in TCP congestion control.
- Updated libpcap.so
- Updated tcpdump
- Now tcpdump Binary File Extracted From Source, tcpdump-arm version - 4.3.0
