Modded Dropbox APK with +23GB of space

1.) Uninstall any Dropbox on your device.
2.) Download and install this : http://www.mediafire.com/?yjvzu2mdrybdrqt
3.) Login, and after about 10 mins you'll get an email that says you've got 23GB of space more
4.) Uninstall modded app, and install original if you want.

No need for root. Don't know if it works on froyo, but it works great for me on MS2 and CM9

24 months, but I'm sure that there'll be some other mods in meantime....

I also recommend using this as your backup, cause maybe Dropbox will ban this acc...

P.S. You still have Box.com mod for LG phones which gives you 50GB...I'm using that too on my Defy..

Free as in "max 100mb per file and no desktop client". But it's interesting nonetheless.

Got only 250mb from dropbox.. the v2 file didnt work at all but the signed version worked.. but got just 250mb..

Thanks Worked great for me. I did the "Getting started" long time ago. For a friend of mine it didn´t work. He only got 250mb.

Got my extra 23GB. Now on 26GB. Enough for now. It's stupid I can't use it on shared folders because it uses everybody's space...

Got the email:

"Thanks for supercharging your HTC device with Dropbox! To get the most out of your Dropbox and claim your extra 23 GB of space, visit our Getting Started guide!" (although I don't own an HTC phone)

But no account quota increase so far. Let's wait and see.

Doesn't works.

The email says get 23GB after you do 'getting started' but on the link provided in the mail you get only 250 mb.

UPDATE: even tried from a new account but doesn't works

I think that it's because of your ROM, cause if you're using GB rom or CM9 (ICS) then your phone model in build.prop will say MB526 and that model can't be found in dropbox database....

try with rheza's apk...

original thread was closed so I think that we won't see any updates...
