Woh woh men ! Be sure it does not the rom which sucks !

I just think that stelios97 should have done things better with mentionning slade87 job !
Just to be in right terms with the firstable creator !

For me, - may be just for me, it looks like a slade87 rom with some adjutments !
For the moment, i like this rom !

anyone trying to update google maps ? :) are u getting a package sign error ? I could install fresh apps , but could not install google maps ...

Anyone can confirm that google maps update works ?

I DL the first link...during the installation, it says, MiniCM6.0 by slade87...

After rebooting, it is really FroyoBread with his awesome boot animation :eek:

I just want to say i don't understand how to tell and/or purpose to us something I did if I did only some modification on existing job...

After...it is not my problem... But Get back to Caesar what belong to Caesar ! :D

It says MiniCM6 because i used the update script from minicm6 rom to make it compatible with cwm recovery!!!

Beware Xrecovery / CWM broken - solution if u r stuck

In case someone has installed the ROM from the first link (the CWM one) and then tries to apply the hotfix (in the threads by Emya ) (http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=16116606&postcount=139) ,then there is a sweet shock of realizing that neither Xrecovery or CWM works (cos its broken).

In such case , please use the dual boot installer by D4 (http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1179614) , get the zip and extract it to some folder on your sdcard.

1. note the folder.
2. go to adb shell from terminal window
3. change directory to /sdcard/<folder where u extracted>/system/bin
4. mount /system read/write : mount -o remount,rw rootfs /system
5. cp * /system/bin/
6. chmod 755 /system/bin/chargemon
7. chmod 755 /system/bin/recovery.tar
8. chmod 755 /system/bin/xrecovery.tar

You are done ! reboot and try and enter in CWM.

Hope this helps someone :)

I have a ADB Installer SCRIPT on my Computer after apply your Hotfix Eyama freeze the the Phone when i Install some apps with this script!

Sorry my Fault after do a second Full Wipe it works

im also having problems installing google maps,,get the package wasnt signed properly message,,can someone help as maps is the most important app i use...thanks to all who make this possible

thanks so much for all the efforts put in!

google maps/street/navigation works for me btw (freshly downloaded off the market)

just rebooting into cwm from the menu doesn't acually work, and landscape mode lockscreen i noticed doesn't fit our screen.
these are just aestethic issues tho :p (and can solve reboot one by turning off confirmation prompt in cm settings anyways :D)

Also, the rotary slider still hides the number of whoever is calling :(

but otherwise, awesome work <3

yep, just noticed I'm also unable to install/upgrade Maps from Market (same error).

well, 5.7.0 is a perfectly stable and working version for me, so I'll stick with it.

I had a similar problem with gmail.
I can't guarantee that the method I did will work for you, so please make a backup of your maps apk first.

First wipe data in settings/applications. If this doesn't work then wipe data in titanium backup and uninstall maps from there.
Then you need to reboot your phone.

After the reboot you should be able to install the new maps fro m market. If it was successful pls confirm :)

tried wiping and deleted through titanium still cant install maps i get message instalation unsucsessful then i get message installation error unknown reason- 8
never seen that b4,,thanks for trying to help :)

kind of a brute-force method to install it is to use adb to push the maps.apk file directly into your phone's /system/app folder

yeah i uninstalled,,i even tried the root explorer method with permissions but after reboot maps had totally dissappeared,,i go back with andread or cyanocomb which are both awsome till this fixed,,its the fully working camera on this rom i like...

I tried the Tiyanium method but I think I didnt reboot before trying to install... I'll try it again later tonight.

    Multiboot Instructions:
    1. Flash .zip for AIO recovery pack (CWM recovery) (Is in the attachment)
    2. Go to CWM recovery (back button, middle button (home) it's for xrecovery) and choose Multiboot
    3. Select Create boot option from zip
    4. Choose any ROM that can be installed with CWM recovery (Needed 400MB on SD for this)
    5. Choose Flash Zip to boot option, and flash Froyobread-multiboot.zip (Is in the attachment)
    6. Choose select default boot option, and select your last created
    7. Choose boot into selected option, and enjoy!

    Here it is Hotfix for FroyoBread v023c

    FroyoBread Hotfix v1 <-- if you allready have working CWM recovery

    FroyoBread v023c + Hotfix v1 all in one <-- if you came from another rom

    FroyoBread Hotfix v2

    Only CWM recovery

    After flashing hotfix go to system/etc/init.d delete 91keyboard and change permissions on 01memory to
    x..x..x
    x.....x <-- right permissions
    x.....x

    (rwxr-xr-x)

    ^^This is no need after flashing Full rom^^ ;)

    Guys, Guess what, i think i patched DX framework (yes, patched him text, he will hate me :p), please make backup and try, and then upload screenshot how it looks now :D (unzip, push android.policy.jar to /system/framework and set permissions to 644)

    THIS IS A PERSONAL HACK, I'LL NOT UPLOAD A NO-TEXT VERSION, AT LEAST NO IF DX DON'T ALLOW IT, PLEASE CONFIRM IF WORKS, AND THEN ILL ASK PERMISSIONS TO DX ;)
