If you use Email or Exchange app you have to REMOVE exchange account and email & exchange app DATA from “Manage apps” menu before flashing this update.

Installation (Must have CWM kernel like Cf-root) :

Copy my Rom to internal sdcard
 Backup, backup, backup
 Flash my Rom from recovery
 Reboot & enjoy (and let the phone to boot up, at least 5 minutes required for media scanner to finish)

Some simple tips to get the best of your battery life :

Call *#9900# and disable Fast dormacy
 Disable auto sync for accounts
 Disable GPS (and wifi gps)
 Disable auto backup of Gmail account
 Set wifi sleep policy to "when pluged in"
 Set brightness level to automatic
 Disable motion
Disable animations (see bellow)

This rom is really Awesome!!
But i have some problems in my SGS2 BB I9100XXPA.
A lot of crashes, freezes etc...
Can u tell me how is works? I really like have this in my SGS2.

Wanami, help me please.
When I flash your rom I have no network my SG2 does not detect my SIM card. I am MT Agadir.

Tried others but so many issues, tried yours and all is GREAT, forgot to wipe email data and had issue....teach me to read everything :)

Uploaded v7.3, it will removed your email app data again :D, cuz i use aosp email in this new update.

One thing...why no nova, I guess I can install myself but I had no issue with it TBH hate the search bar stuck at the top with the other launcher....maybe just too stuck in my old ways lol

Wanam can You add swype 3.26 with ics theme and all laungages? I tried to install it from beta but cant install laungages... some others roms have it installed and works great. thank You.

Had a bit of trouble updating to 7.3. Ended up having to do a full wipe as I kept getting constant reboots and couldn't even get the launcher to launch.

Everything is working now though, LOVE the more ICS look in this version!

your rom seems to freeze/random reboot on my ONLY when the music player is running.

also, the sound coming from the music app is distorted, it becomes more apparent at higher levels.

i have used just straight XXLP2 and cf-root's xxlp2 and did not experience these problems. just giving you a heads up!

thanks for the work wanam, using it as a daily rom now :D just three things i'd recommend:
1) swype 3.26
2) CRT animations
3) Panoramic camera

Besides that you're rom is pretty much perfect! great battery life as well :)

I have been having this problem as well. While playing from the music app, my phone will freeze and I need to force shutdown (hold power button for several seconds).
