1. Download Trebuchet Launcher and File manager to your Hard Disk.
2. Open the ROM using WinRAR.
3. Go to system/app in the WinRAR window.
4. Delete Home.apk
5. Select both apks i.e the launcher and file manager from where you downloaded them on your Hard Disk and just drag and drop them in the WinRAR window. (System/app).
5. WinRAR will add them to the archive.
6. Flash the ROM, if it boots with the launcher n file manager, you have done it right.. if not, read again, follow the instructions properly and see if it works.

thnks for dis man but trebuchet does not work! :/
it keeps saying "unfortunately trebuchet has stopped" o_O

ES file explorer works tho! =D

Actually, i recommend Nova Launcher, which is better than Trebuchet...

hey dax the screens 'pratheekb96' posted are similar to the trebuchet.. how is it better.. it seems both 'Trebuchet' and Nova are same :-/

lol! depends....cant change brightness levels so ur stuck wid watever brightness level u wer in ur previous rom.....plus hardware nd stuff isnt fully optimized...but ull get atleast a days worth of battery life coz u cant do to much once uv explored it :p
its in alpha stage for a reason man...dont expect too much battery life :p

M really excited about trying it but as O1 is my only phone.. can't really go for it.. once wifi n audio are working.. will definitely flash it.. but before that,I really have to go through the daunting task of upgrading baseband.. ;)

That should be called a pre beta or beta1 not an alpha! Great work can't wait :)

transmitted via a remote 3g connection to forum.xda-developpers.com with an LG P500 running a rom conveniently pushed to another server of the address get.cm every night by developers of various names.

    ok building with latest cm sources + a fix for facebook sync + a fix for system partition to get more space....if all goes good i will release beta4 :) after that development will be stopped for 1-2 day but only for one reason: i want to make this official as i received an offer to make this official also to become cm-member :) and i need 1-2 days to rebase my work on official cm-sources (also use cm-kernel with genlock,kgsl and KSM(new memory feature of ICS))...i'm using totally cm code so....it is a gift that i want to give you for helpin me a lot with moeny problems guys....hope that i will can do this :)
