[Q] HTC DESIRE S : fastboot [WAITING FOR DEVICE]

When i install new ROM ( Primo v4 ), i want to flash the "boot.img". and i type fastboot flash boot boot.img on my cmd. but i still on " < waiting for device > . anyone help me ??? please !!!:crying: i will give you many THANKS !!!:laugh::laugh::laugh:

Install fastboot drivers and try again

if you have windows 8.1 then fastboot does not work (on USB 3.0 as well)
