I'm not sure how all this S-ON and S-OFF stuff works, due to now having a locked HTC device.
However, the latest versions of CF3D does offer a way to install through CWM, it is in the driver menu ?
Possibly it doesn't work on your device... though we all call it CWM, there are big important difference between how you need to write update.zip's across different devices - it works on mine, but as stated, no HTC's here.
When installing the driver it says "not enough space" but I have plenty of space. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Been playing a bit more with SGS2, there is something really really wrong with the SGS2's shader compilation. Thats not good

Slightly adjusted three shaders to work with the SGS2 shader compiler. I think Cube Mapping has been disabled by this change. But hey, it works (for me).

Slightly adjusted two shaders to work with the SGS2 shader compiler. The original shaders are a real mess! These shader replacements do NOT fix the texture issues on the in-game guys, but they do get rid of those error messages. Somebody smarter than me will need to have a real good look at these shaders to fix them properly.
