Here is a zip i just uploaded, it has 2 ODIN files. Use either, and try them both.

The .tar file you have should be 283MB, check it.
The .pit should be around 1.70kb
try renaming the ODIN files so its something like ODIN.exe instead of ODIN.zip
the .tar .pit files are like that, not to be opened. I'm on 64 bit Windows 7 too so.. yeah I dont see why this doesnt work
Haha, tell me if your phone shows up on ODIN. It will say something like COM7 in yellow.

Well i looked around google for a odin 64bit but i cant find any download links that work. The ones i sent you should have worked...

Hey guys, if Odin is not reading the phone, remove USB and phone and try a new USB port. Works for me every time

Just because you didn't care to read ANY of the stickies around... I'll make sure you do, i'll give you instructions but lets see if you can go back a page and click the stickies to learn how to do all of this:
you will need to get into download mode, and odin - this is the safest and recommended route
if you want to take a bit of a risk you can try to go into recovery and flash the ROM you were in before - this can lead to more bootloops/brick11If only there was a guide that explained what to do when you get a bootloop while installing ICS. Hmmm. (Hint: see my sig).
If that doesn't work, rider's is the way to go.
Edit:: saw that you posted your video. That is a fast ass bootloop. Hit your thanks button by accident. Anyways try pulling your battery and booting into recovery and reflashing ICS again over itself. Did you wipe and factory reset?1
read this post, i think you missed it, answer the questions while i watch the video guide and see if theres anything wrong in there.

Okay..... so after watching that guide. I have never seen ANYONE using that method, mainly because he didn't flash ANY kind of CM7 kernel etc.
Most of his instructions were right, but he just did something on his phone that seemed unusual, but i guess worked for him...
