help update x8

hello everybody

i did root my x8 but i cant change “SI” or customization code by root exploer

i alwys give me the message in default prop i try to edit

when try to open text editor it said you cannot edit this file because the file system is read only

and i did try astro file manager didnot work

as well itry PC Companion and SEUS both did not work

please can help to update to 2.1

Well...
In the root explorer, go.to the folder with the prop, then click the upper right corner, there is a button, click it, and try again, cuz that button is giving you permission to edit it, after clicking that button, try to edit the customization code again to update ... have fun

To change the permission, you MUST root your phone, or else that button won't show up!!

i have root my phone ok but i get is well rootexploer r/w

and then i go system floder and than build.prop to change it it always gives this massge

this file because the file system is read only

please help thanks alot
