I believe this one is on hold for now. Your guess is as good as mine. Dev was saying his pc was not working, then he fixed it, then he updated his other rom and released a new one. I think it's safe to say this one is done for now but no one is really sure. Just keep an eye out and don't ask for eta's

Raver, one thing i noticed is that AOSP sms/mms doesn't sync with facebook contacts. you're able to see the pic through contacts but while using sms, the pic is blank
I've tried the skyrocket leaks but I'm not a fan of tw ics. I love aosp I'm sitting on jug till next update for this comes out. If you can pm me the rom with data working I'll flash. I don't mind being a Guinea pig

You can flash any of the newer builds and install apex launcher to get an asop experience but as of right now most builds are riddled with bugs. I'm doing the same, juggs is the most stable gb rom atm and I'm not like most of the flash crazy guys on these threads...I'll wait for something stable. I hear team Kang has been making really good progress with aokp.

All the second versions are super smooth and stable. I try them all when released, and am currently on ChicagoFire. No FCs, echos, shutdown, or freezing issues at all. The devs do super work.
GSII T-989 on ICS
That rom still has issues with Bluetooth, fc's and some other minor issues. If you read through any ICS thread, no ICS rom is stable at the moment. They each have issues. Some less than others.

With the help of The open source LIb IPC and a few days of working on making it work with the sgs2 i managed to create a open source ril's and ipc for the sgs2 what is working so far you ask data and sms messaging. Audio is still broken at the moment. working on that.
