Only real advantage is widgets in the app drawer, so far I have been unable to replicate the overlay error running apex as a regular app for 3 days.
You will have to flash the patch that CleanROM DE should have downloaded on your sd card but besides that it should flash fine, just remember to wipe

Hmm.
Try to figure out why wifi keeps turning itself on, but that's just a small bug.
I'd personally like if the blue colors were changed, I know its an ICS ROM, but maybe I'm just getting sick of blue, how about themes, or an ability to change system colors?

I think the wifi thing is a bug in the leak because I've experienced it on almost all the roms, what way do you turn it off, quick settings or settings, and idk man

So when I try to activate my phone with this ROM (*22899), I get a message that says "Phone Activation: A Verizon wireless SIM card has activated your service and updated your phones roaming capabilities" but it never actually really programs it. If I hit just *228, it does the same thing without being able to activate it. Any ideas other than trying a different Rom?
Edit: To clarify, the call kind of fails, I may get a quick clip of the annoying programming music but it cuts out.

You shouldn't be activating the.phone at all? LTE phones are not like normal CDMA phones.

Well when you get the phone and turn it on to the stock rom, that is all it does. Please enlighten me as to how to activate it.
SystemUI to green would make this ROM stand out a bit more IMO.

If so, do I flash it right after I flash the ROM in recovery?

Installation
Place on SD
Boot into recovery
Wipe everything, use Scott's wipe script, here
Wipe again
Flash Rom
When it reboots to bootloader, hit power, then accept the update.
Notes/Bugs
-YOU MUST BE ON THE LEAKED FIRMWARE you can use the patch, but if anything goes wrong I may not be able to help
-For fastest performance turn off animations in settings/development
-Upon boot it will say popup something about your region with no selections available and then phone will crash. Doesn't seem to effect stability but I will try to iron this out next update
MMS is AOSP and will not send MMS, it can recieve and SMS works both ways

All thing should be working as a daily driver but there are still some bugs Please report all bugs for this ROM.

if you try to open keyboard settings it will force close
there might be some market incompatiabilities.
Chrome will be removed as it isn't working for some
