i've moto g global sim XT1032 , i heard that other versions got the latest update.
why it's taking so long?

Only Motorola knows at this stage. I doubt that they would leave different versions of the Moto G on different Android versions. Only time will tell.

It might depend on where you are. I got notifications that 4.4.4 was ready for my XT1045. I got help turning those notifications off. I am in the US so it could be regional.
