[Q] help about htc desire 601 (zara_ul)

i wish to flash my htc desire 601

my phone was from telus canada

problem is in wifi after update but when i reset it
it stucks on ruu mode

now what to do ?
can some one give me proper ruu file for telus

i got zip file from androidfiles.org

here

but dont know how to flash with these zip files

some one help me plz

I THINK this is the Philz https://www.dropbox.com/s/e5uevvk5q26wuqi/recovery kitkat.img you need, but it's not labeled correctly so not sure of the version. The regular CWM can be found in the link above if that does not work.
