[Q] Miui multilanguage

I want to use miui themes, but it won't let me ' because I don't. Have miui account, but when I try to create one, a pop-up with "couldn't connect to network " shows up.
Any fix for this problem?

Create the Miui account on en.miui.com using the Browser on your smartphone or a PC.
Then you can use that account on any Miui rom.
