You're facing sdcard bug.

This is how to solve:

1. Flash stock recovery
2. reboot to bootloader and perform "clear storage" (While in bootloader NOT in recovery)
3. Flash custom recovery again (Must be compatible to Android 4.4.2)
4. Reboot recovery - mount usb storage - copy ROM.zip to sdcard
5. Install rom
6. Reboot immediately to fastboot and flash kernel (boot.img) via fastboot commandline
7. NOW boot android (Not at any time before!)

Did you follow ALL steps in exactly this order?

If yes you can go to windows device manager. There is a device called "One S" or "ville" while phone is connected. Delete the device and sd card will be shown up in windows. Sometimes HTC drivers are kinda buggy.

Its a driver problem now. As sdcard works again :)

Delete Samsung Android phone then! :)

Why do you have Samsung drivers installed? Just uninstall all USB drivers Samsung and HTC and google adb / fastboot

You don't need the driver to access Sd storage :)

Have you also uninstalled HTC sync and Samsung kies? If not --> do it pls
