[Q] Samsung galaxy s4 (Indicator / Language)

Hi.
My problem is the following:
I have a Samsung galaxy s4 SGH-M919.
Since I did update to Android 4.4.2 I don't have Romana on the phone, and in the panel of notifications I miss the indicator "mobile data".
Or how add language romanian on the phone?

I have a similar problem. My S4 does not enter in the wipe / cache.
Odin gives failed when attempting to boot.
- Have you tried to install an original rom, but gives failed.
- I've tried save by Kies, but he complains that my device is not supported yet;
- I've tried booting with pit file (I think I did right);.

The problem with the language I solved it.
He left the issue in which the "data usage" I miss the notification Panel.
I entered in the Panel menu where you can replace the signs but no there are not "data usage".
