I haven't been able to find just the animation alone. This would be the entire express ported to the 3d.

thanks for the browser animation, like you stated before it would be cool if we can get this in the os!
that animation (or something very similar) is in WTSB Hydro V2.1 for what it's worth. maybe contact him and see if he's got the files to make a flashable zip
Hmm. Is that animation part of sense 3.5? Do other 3.5 ROMs have this as well?

Yes there is open your stock web browser and type about:debug in the address bar. Then go to settings and it will be located in all the way near the bottom called smooth rotate. Don't touch any of the other settings though.
