[Q] Phone locked out, asking for gmail account i dont know it, no root, no usb debugg

As in the title i got no root and no usb debugging. Its asking for my gmail account which I dont know and I dont know what to do! Is there anything I can do without resetting it!

Please could someone help asap!

Factory Reset from recovery.
Shut down the phone and then press in the same time Power + Home + Volume Up.
