It appears to be similar to this: http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=51480568&postcount=1
Names are different and the .bat is worded differently but I used the one I posted above and it worked.

I stated in that thread that I couldn't get it to install but I flashed stock kitkat last night and used that method. It worked perfectly.
