I have an HTC One M7 (AT&T) 32GB
HBoot 1.56
Rooted, Unlocked, S-On

I was installing cyanogenmod using the cyanogenmod installer paired with the phone installer and it got stuck in the open Android with the little hex ball rotating. I force shut it down and it booted fine. It happened again so I force shut it down again, but this time it boot looped. It boot loops while entering recovery mode, too.

I have scoured tons of the forums and I have tried these so far.

-Cleared the cache.
-Flashed TWRP
-Flashed CWM on Unlocked Bootloader
-Restored firmware with relocked bootloader
-Restored with RUU and RUU exe

Still boot loops when entering recovery and regular boot up.

-I sent it in for a JTAG and should see if the techs were successful by tomorrow.

I'm starting to think my HTC is a read only file system. So desperate since this is my third phone this month after my first one's screen just died and the second one got dropped and destroyed. Any help is seriously appreciated.
