What Modules are you using? It is possible that certain modules are slowing you down, or thier could be a conflict between the ROM and the modules. Xposed with ViperX+ 2.0.0 works fine, so it could be your ROM. You could try updating Xposed, or uninstalling certain parts and seeing if it makes any difference.
