Want to go back to Stock ( Sense 5.0 )

I have a Telus HTC One which is unlocked and being used with Fido. I installed CyanogenMod 11.0 without taking the nandroid backup ,I want to go back to stock ( Sense 5.0), I am not returning or sending the phone to Manufacturer / Carrier. So " S-off" and other related things doesn't matter to me. I just want to go back to Sense 5.0/stock with the capability of receiving OTA updates.
