Is a choice. You and the mod made a conscious choice to be offended. You could just as easily have chosen to give the user the benefit of the doubt. Had he made any racist comments??

Its under developer options, I have tried it on 1.12 base and it messed up and I had to reinstall rom, not sure about the 1.54 ports though

Work has begun on building Sense 6.0 for the M7.
hope they go with a minimalistic look3
Browser has had this for eons, its an experimental feature added by Google well before PIE Controls even existed. You can configure it in the Labs section of the browser settings.
