Follow the procedure outlined in the thread titled restore to mj5. It's in the general section. Once complete use the phone for a brief moment. Then go to update software and update to nb4. Again use the phone briefly and update to nc2. You'll have a couple of hours invested in the process.
Some people have a Samsung rep in their bestbuy. Those guys can flash the latest update for you.
