Toast Notifications v1.0

I just made this app which shows a toast for 5 seconds for every notification, that is sent by any app.

I made this app, please try it and tell me should i put it on play store and what price should i keep it for?
I don't have developers account on google so thats why i'm worried i should make one for this app or not?

Version 2 Change Log
1. Toasts now appear at top hiding the status bar and orignal notifications.
2. Improved looks.

Is toast for all APPs or just SMS/MMS

No nothing, just says its running and then when I get notifications they dont come up

Which version of OS are you running and do you have any custom rom?

Im running 4.4.2 XNOTE 15 Rom, you think thats the issue?

reinstalled but it does not work I only receive notifications normal Android kitkat .. thanks anyway.
