be patient. all develop hs-eg902 still trying and finding way to unlock cdma card
but axtually the problem is gsm one. wheather get hsdpa provider?

The second time I tried the same in Andromax C, but I forgot to change the access rights to be "rw-r - r -"
(way before replacing the access rights), after it took place, I restart my Andromax C without changing the ACCESS RIGHTS, after in turn, I snagged Andromax C after booting and do not want to exit the desktop ....

or if you have backup before bootloop/soft brick just restore it
how about try flash stock rom?
