APN Movistar Argentina

Hi All.

I´m having problems with APN with this ROM. My APN settings sometimes disappear, they may appear (or not) after reboot. They are never automatically detected. I have no problems with Supernexus ROM or CM10 detecting and setting up APN automatically (just to mention as examples). My service provider is Movistar Argentina. I don´t know where to search to fix this issue. I would like to use any AOKP based ROM, I see them very complete. Thanks.

Bye.

Re: [ROM][4.2.1] Android Open Kang Project - GT-I9100G [JB-MR1]

Hi there, is the jittery scrolling on certain i9100G devices fixed?

Also, is this going to be the last build for 4.2.1?

It may cause by some of your apps...you had VIBER intsalled ? Move it to ext sd or uninstalled it....most user report it was a main cause of the low storage problem...

[ROM][4.2.2] Android Open Kang Project - GT-I9100G [JB-MR1][Build 5]

Hey guys, just a question. Since i flashed my 9100G with this Rom, I was more less happy with it. Yesterday I had to do a little journey with a train for 2 hours. So I brought my headphones for some music. Not only that Poweramp crashed everytime when I wanted to change the volume, it was also the worst sound I ever heard. Used that app for a long time now, never had a so bad sound like this.

So I tried a few other Musicplayer apps, and they all sounded bad. That cant be a coincedence. Does this Rom really sound so bad for Music ?

No its just you. I just tested this ROM for music and it sounds the same. Probably something messed up on your end. Perhaps a clean flash might help.

Thank you. Something else. While I tried Cyanogen Mod a short time ago, I had the issue that the Status Bar on top sometimes just couldn't get lowered anymore after you tried to get it down. Only a restart would make it scroll down again. I remember I asked in the CM topic and one said that it would be a known bug. Now I had the same issue today with this ROM. Is this bug here around too ?

I think people are experiencing it across 4.2.2 ROMs, though I'm on my second I've now and have never had the issue.

Also, iXanza made an app that force restarts the system ui, fixing it without a reboot. http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=39090783

    History behind this (by Bajee)

" For several months Me and Pier have been talking about a common repo for i9100 since there's no official support from AOKP. It was merely some small talk a few months ago, but we finally decided to go with it and created AOKP-i9100. This common repo will be maintained as frequently as we can and will always remain purely AOKP. Pier also implemented Gerrit, so users could keep track of changes. "

An open letter to Developers and Kangers

As you can see we finally managed to create a team. Yes.. a very small team but still a group to start growing with :).

    If you want to:

    - blame us for bugs and help us hunting them on IRC
    - write and submit fixes and new things on our gerrit
    - user our work as a base for your ROM (give us some credits :p)
    - buy us BEERs

    PLEASE DO SO NOW!

We hope to have new FRIENDS that can share and improve what we're trying to do together.
