IMSI problem

I have a problem with the IMSI Sim unlock Pin for the phone as a few days ago my phone was jtag bricked and gave it in repairs.Now i have flashed stock RUU but still the issue persists of IMSI number. Im currently on vodafone and contacted them for the imsi number which i entered in the phone , now it accepts it and says its successful and reboots , but after rebooting the problem arises all over again.So please can anyone help me ???

This problem has already been discussed here. There is an identifier code inside the emmc that is checked by the modem. If the code get corrupted or deleted when you have bricked your phone, then there is nothing to do to restore it (either jtag or ruu will not restore this code). Your only hope is someone find a way to bypass this process with some kind of script or patch like guys from mobiletechvideos.com suggested here. Will try to find this thread for you...
