Receiving text no notifications

Don't know where to look. I can't receive any NOTIFICATIONS but I am Receiving the actual text.

Anyone else experience this or known what to do? My Galaxy Nexus can receive Text and actually notify me.

On the CM11 using the kernel it came with.

I still receive IMs from hangout however. Just not text from hangout or the AOSP message app.

Seriously. I receive notification for everything except for text. I get calls, this app, IMs from hangout(but not text), and anything EXCEPT text messaging notification.

Seems a bit unnecessary for that. In sure it's something else.

Are notifications enabled in the AOSP app?

I did but then I tried other SMS apps. No difference
