The blink feed I have read can't be turned off. It will be though through rom development.

43A lot of hate towards blink feed lol imo its actually looks pretty good! Interesting idea. Don't know how the battery life will be affected by it but it seems like I'm like the only person who kind of digs it
I'll run with it .. after all, it's just another home page widget ... there's just more stuff in the one widget than the previous sense collection - which can't be too bad a thing ...

'Mandatory software' is like removable batteries vs external power packs .. and the lack of SD card slots
Well ... All i can say is 'external power packs' and 'cloud storage' ... I'm 63 already and I'm not that far out of touch that I can't see the benefit of universally accessible cloud storage as an alternative to fiddly bits of plastic, and solar rechargeable BIG capacity power packs vs the odd extra battery.
