I've been running 0.7.6 since it was released with nothing special going on, but this morning i woke up to no 3g or 4g data. Does anyone else have connectivity issues?

EDIT: http://www.androidcentral.com/verizons-network-apparently-struggling-morning Looks like I was a bit too paranoid.

I was wondering if there is a way to permanently delete some folders and pictures in the gallery...I'm running GummyNex 0.7.6 and I absolutely love it but I'm really picky about having only things I want/need on my phone. When I go to the gallery I always have a "Scapbook Photos" and "Profile Photos" folder with a little picasa logo on it. With that said, I've been playing around with things in attempt to finally get rid of them and they ALWAYS come back! I searched the entire phone with Root Explorer for any file with "picasa" in the name and all the files come from the google plus folders (in /data/data/ and /data/user/0/ and /sdcard/Android/data/). After deleting all the files and folders and still no luck, I deleted the entire app. Then the files started generating in the gallery folders (in the directories mentioned above). So, with my very limited knowledge of coding and such, I then started trying to edit the .xml files that had anything with "picasa" in them and still no luck. The closest I can come is to delete all the picasa files and go to the gallery and hit the refresh button which then causes a force close, then go back into gallery and the folders are finally gone....but then as soon as I hit the refresh button or take a picture.....they're back!!! arrrrgggghhh!!! It has defeated me and I can't stand it! I've searched all the forums and websites and found nothing on this. I guess it just goes to show how OCD I am about this bc it doesn't seem to bother anyone else. But if anyone knows how to change this, I'd be forever grateful!!! Please help! Thanks in advance...
P.S. not only would I be grateful for help, but I could buy someone a 6 pack if someone could teach me how to do these kinds of things....thank you!
Hey thanks for responding! The thing is I don't have any picasa account and I've already tried turning off the photo sync but that didn't work. Also, the folder in the gallery named "Profile Photos" is the photo I used for my Google+ account and as I mentioned, I already uninstalled that app. As for the folder named "Scrapbook Photos", it's empty.Turn off photo sync I'm your google sync options and/or delete them from your actual Picasa account.
Do I need a new kernal to flash this rom? Could that be the problem?.km running ics already.suggestions please

Are you trying to install this on a Galaxy Nexus? I only ask because your sig is SCH-I800 which I know isnt the Galaxy Nexus ID.
The Kernel works on stock, most people have to install it over the stock Kernel. The Galaxy nexus doesn't have a SDCard it has a special partition so it sounds like either a bad download or installing to the wrong device.

this wouldn't work? ive seen people at least flashing the updated radios.
whats the difference between the leaked and OTA version? don't they install the same thing?
