[2.2+] Bootanimation Manager

Today or tomorrow, when it's finished.
This will be done by app, you just would need to open a folder and press a button.
EDIT: Tomorrow will release first beta version, need to add save to gif feature, and build bootanimations, and the other ones

The Push button isn't working for me. I tried the cmd in OP, I have java and the Backup button is working. I tried pushing 2 different animations and neither worked although they do show up moving in the preview window with no problems. I am on T-mobile SII and it is rooted
An idea. Since the preview is done in 240x320....can you increase that to like 480x800 since most others are using WVGA devices..and the preview would better...
I have to consideer making it usable on any device, so it will be 240x320, it's enough for previewing any bootanimation

I downloaded the app but when I try to open to choose a file that app force closes and when I try to back up from the app the whole app crashes and closes.

What a great stacktrace. Could you give me more details please?, device, rom version, app you used for open files, root or not, if possible a logcat ?.

Windows antivirus throws a lot of false positive, sorry cant do nothing about that.
Anyway, PC version not supported anymore, Ill just develop APK

Phone Rooted
Superuser
Busybox
ANY File explorer with txt/csv mimetype (like Root Explorer or OI FileManager)
Human or similar
FEATURES:
Backups current bootanimation to SD (both, system and data bootanimation)
Installs new bootanimation.zip (no need to change name)
Show Preview of any Bootanimation (no CWM files, no MIUI ones)
Save preview of current showing bootanimation (adjustable framerate since 1.1)*
*This feature needs time, because we're saving frame by frame, so it depends on the size of the images (480x800 will be slower than 240x320)
