Well Im glad your panic mode has gone anyway.Indie said a few pages back that he was working on a v.11 for this weekend so it might be a good idea to keep to v.9 unless you want to re-panic yourself again.Someone may come up with a fix but I think that a few more days waiting wont hurt.Im not sure what theme you are running but Im running Black/Blue.It may have something to do with it.Now Im off to drain the dog.

once the files finished download it took minutes to sort out, I just forgot that I was downloading them & continued to panic

I'm running the ICS flava of Omega as I think its awesome
ignore my pm about touch rec, its already installed

one last thing tho- how do I get rid of the yellow triangle at boot??

take the app called "Triangle Away" if you are using original s2

otherwise your phone can be bricked

Thanks Indie for the new version 10, flashed some other ROMS last few days to see what they have to offer, none of them can offer me the look, feel and experience of Omega Black and Bleu so I guess i'm done flashing al kind of ROMs just to find out that this one is the best for me.

Flashed back v9 yesterday just to find out there is a version 10 today

and version 11 is on its way

Looks like I'm not done yet flashing ROMs

Gone flash v11 this weekend I guess.

Thanks a lot from this old Dutch guy.

P.S. Only thing that buggs me that after every flash I have to uninstall all of the apps I don't need(and that are a lot) again. Oh well this great ROM is worth it!

I use Samsungs calendar,
you removed it and added Google Callendar??

this is not normal, I am using v10 for a week and I believe this is not a rom related problem,
make a nadroid backup, the install Omega without wipe, if the problems is still there then
flash again with full wipe and let me know.

I am glad you like my work,
you can remove from Omegas zip file the apps you do not want before installing the rom,
this apps are located in the data/app folder.
I will gather all suggestions first and then I will start v11

Is this something you can fix only in v11?

The text is messed up (all series) and I will fix it in v11, (no idea why but I will find out)
but it works ok and mass storage connects ok.

wow

just installed PlayerPro for my music collection (MXplayer for vid's) & I'm bowled over with the standard sound/quality settings, my music sounds well better with PlayerPro, might even pay for it

with regards to v10, I think I'm going to wait for v11 & stay on v9 for now, I've have had enough fun & games for one day,lol

I have flashed v10 while connected to pc just for the hell of it as you can see i have the usb error from attached file.However i can still connect usb mass storage and everything still works copy files from phone to pc and vissa versa how bad

.

I also flashed the toggle bar you see from v5.1 that some guy modded for your Rom cant remember his name its in this tread somewhere.Anyway have to say it looks good and works with no problems.

Rom is nice and smooth no problems with any part of the Rom so far everything is working as it should be.

well indie, i flashed v10 again (no full wipe) and now it works without any issues.

Man I'm still on v8, I think I'll stay on this version for awhile as everything is
still running fine Siyah 3.1 and this really gave me great battery life.

One question tho.. the calendar app that came with the rom also has it's
own widget right? Where can I find it? I can see the widget in the widget drawer but nothing happens when I try to use it.
And is it possible to not sync my bookmarks on the stock browser with google account sync??

Great work again indie I haven't flashed the newest version yet but seeding
the rom to help out a bit

V 10 - USB Card Storage problems message.

Helllo, I do not know how to explain very well the problem but I try..

After upgrading to V10, when I connect my USB cable to USB comuter (tryed both of my PCs), I got an android message (in french cause I'm fench) that mean to say that there is an error to connect, my storage cant be recognizd, and that I have to unmout all then retry.

So I do what telled but it dosnt resolved the problem.

In fact, if I push the button "connect", then it work. both the int. 16 GB and 32 micro SD external are recognized.

I tryed to downgrade to 8.0.. no more error message.

so i think it may be a little bug of this 10.0 ??

I have a second question relative to this rpoblem (qith card and storage.GS2 storage access) .

I observed in the past that when connecting my SG2 in the first time I unpack it and begin to play with it , I have it litterally recognized by Win 7 64 as ... a Galaxy SII machine peripheric in the windows explorer (just under the lan links icons) and can be accessed without having to connect or deconnect it in debug mode. It appeared just like a machine fully with full access and a good looking icon

!

But now, since I began to go at "custom rom testing (?) I do not have anymore this functionality and the GS2 is no more shown as itself .
I have to activate USB to get acces to the ext and internal. cards and thats all

Just as on older versions I have on my previous androided HTC HD2 Léo.

Ssomeone can tell me how to manage to have gain this functionality (I find it very "smart" and usefull and that was compatable with debug mode if I remember well).

Hi ATN24

check your PM -- look for com.titanium etc etc in data/app, if the odex file doesn't exist, it's possible you may have a completely different issue -- search XDA for GANEHP (username) this is where my fix originated and definitely worked for me and many others
