its a mini theme (green mini theme) found on team bamf's site. It's ported for the thunderbolt but flashes on our phone to.

This is my latest. The theme is a mix of black ice 2.3, black android theme, and placid HD icons. If you want, I can upload the backup mtz if anyone wants it.
