I don't even have "myfavs" hooked up on my DASH and they still get intercepted before they can get to SMS Chat, so I highly doubt that has anything to do with it.

my work blocks rapidshare so i cant get to the new exe right now. but i was thinking that it might be the my5faves program that intercepts first. if i get a message from one of my5, the myfaves program shows messages from them, so it may be intercepting them and not giving sms chat a chance? just a thought. i wont be able to play with it for another little bit though.

I don't think thats the issue. I use myfaves also and have the services disabled at all times and the SMS still go to the inbox instead of the SMS Chat program w/ the Add SMS to Inbox option checked or unchecked.

Here's a list of running processes on my device.

Transport.exe
CTTMEngine.exe
Keylock.exe (Startup Program)
VitoCopyPaste.exe (Startup Program)
ClockOnTop.QVGA_WM5.exe (Startup Program)
repllog.exe
monitor.exe (Startup Program)
ProfileSwitcher.exe (Startup Program)
CeleTask.exe (Program to get the processes)
MGCManager.exe (Startup Program)
rapiclnt
TornadoPowerControl.exe (Startup Program)
cprog.exe
cdial.exe
home.exe
services.exe
connmgr.exe
appman.exe
gwes.exe
telshell.exe
appman.exe
device.exe
filesys.exe
NK.EXE

If someone w/ an HTC Rom can list theirs, maybe we can find a process that present in T-Mobiles ROM that's not in HTCs and kill it to see if it's stopping the SMS' from going to the SMS Chat program.

Is there a way to change the way the messages flow.

Yahoo Messenger organize messages in this order

Message 1
Message 2

Whereas this program organises messages in this order

Message 3
Message 2
Message 1

I have been testing this app for weeks and it is good as intercepting SMS from the default Inbox to the SMS Chat App, i don't have any idea why it doesn't work on a WM6 Tmobile ROM. I don't know if the Tmobile customizations/branding has something to do with the SMS interception.

I don't think it looks good for us tmobile guys with this. Gonna have to do a full unlock to HTC rom I guess. I've been waiting forever for a SMS program to work with WM6 Tmobile rom.....:(

That's the other problem. Payin $40+ to unlock my device just to install a different ROM is ridiculous to me. I would much rather run the HTC ROM compared the TMO ROM and hopefully get everything I want working. But if we can just get a damn SMS program to work with WM6 on tht TMO ROM, I would be happy enough. :)

repllog.exe is something to do with activesync, doubt it's causing the problem. voicecommand i don't believe would either, but i could be wrong. I know it wasn't on WM5 and threaders worked on them.
