help to unlock my Droid 3

i have an droid 3 and also have unlock code, but when i enter unlock code the phone notice that " phone is subsidy locked, contact service provider, only emergency call allowed".
i followed http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1406812 but the result is my phone not accept my SIM card anymore, it noticed " No sim card detect, switch to global "

. i restored to http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1406812 but it still not accept sim card.
can anybody help me please

NO METHOD FOR SUBSIDY LOCKED Droid 3 !
...maybe only service center can reset unlock counter.

Call you cell provider and tell them you entered the sim unlock key wrong too many times and tell them you need your PUK (personal unlock key I believe) and they will provide it free of charge without complaint.
