I have a Galaxy Tab 3 that wont boot, won't go into Recovery or go into Download mode. I have taken back cover off and checked battery pins and get 3.66 volts and even after being unplugged for a while it will barely go down. I also tried the Battery Disconnect trick to force unit to reset and boot but no luck.
Any suggestions?
