Make sure you on the latest nightly build.

I'm using the 2/18 build. Phone hangs for a bit after hanging up from a BT call & then reboots by itself. There were distortion when I was able to make a BT headset call. Going to try with voodoo sound installed. This is after a full wipe & reflash.

confirmed: no, it doesn't stick.

Thanks for the confirmation. I just wanted to make sure I didn't do anything wrong. Nonetheless, still an awesome rom. I will turn my brightness all the way down in the meantime.

Try the new PA where it's been confirmed to work using the exact same patch used here.

I could have made a mistake but without a head set I have no way of knowing.

LTE is not working no matter what I do. I only get 3G and H+. I'm on Telus i317M...

No problem with LTE on rogers - it IS possible that it's just Telus in your location at the moment - that's assuming that you have the correct settings.

Yeah I have the correct LTE APN settings. Even switched to LTE using the *#*#4636#*#* dialer code.

But LTE with telus works with other ROMs.

Are you saying that when you did the *#4636#* routine that you had to change it to lte auto? Because if you did - your settings weren't correct, it should have already been set to lte auto - and if you rebooted your device after, you would lose the lte setting.
I also said that, maybe Telus was having a temporary issue with LTE in your area, so regardless of what rom you were on, the LTE signal just wasn't available... at that time.

a) what makes you think that you have an issue. b) you need to be more specific, what kind of issue?

How can I fix the issue with the internal memory and the 0 directory.

Hint: Do a search for android 4.2+ and 0 directory

LED settings control

Anybody have sucess using the built in LED notifications controler? I have not been able to get it to work so I am using Light Flow to control my LED notifications and it seems to work well, but it seems to put a drain on the battery at times even when the LED is't on.... So I'd like instructions on how to enable the built in LED settings as it wont' even light up when I hit the test LED button.

Just wanted to share that in-call bluetooth works well here on the 2/18 build. T-mobile, clean wipe, TWRP. Woohoo!

John, running 2/18 rootbox, sound is fine, but it randomly locks up my phone and I have to pull the battery. Any suggestions?

I've noticed that as well. Also noticed that on a clean install I get no APN settings and as well as I can't input any APN.

This is on a clean wipe, flash.

Running the Bell model. Just thought I'd let others know. I've done it twice now. Same results no APN settings and I can't add any.

Cheers guys

Having the same issue with both this and the latest PA. When the phone call works, BT sounds great, but am getting a lot of lockups when accessing the phone app. Either receiving calls or placing them makes no difference.

It doesn't seem to lockup the whole phone because I can use PIE and get to the home screen. It seems to just be crashing com.android.phone. However, once it crashes it, I can't access the phone app until I reboot.

Did a clean install for both ROM's and am having the same issue on both.

On second thought.... BT is NOT working perfectly.

After a reboot, BT will work great if its the first call you make with it. Performance starts going down the drain there after. I had a few fc's, some with phone others with contacts.

But this is progress so I'm not complaining.

BTW, the lockup on bluetooth in-call is NOT new to this rom. It's been doing it for awhile, so it's not related to the audio fix.

Having issues with com.android.phone as well. Clean install. First call drops call and all signal. Signal restores, second call goes through.

Just to clarify, my issue is not related to bluetooth. Further test results: on 4g, no issues. On HSPA+, can't make calls. Phone app locks and signal completely resets.

    Description

Vanilla RootBox is built straight from RootBox sources and always carries a very light installation with no extra/useless apps. This means, you can enjoy a pure Android experience combined with AOKP/CM features and some CM cherry-picks. Keep in mind Jelly Bean is only at the beginning stage of development and there will be minor bugs. Every RootBox releases are stable and always up to the challenge for a daily usage. I personally have a high standard when it comes to releases and this is why this project always meets the expectations of users. If you're wondering how this ROM differs from any other AOKP roms out there, I only have one thing to say: Try it yourself and choose the one that meets your requirements.

I just spoke with bajee, I told him yesterday that I was going to need a 1-2 days break so he added the device to the building bot, while you guys are free to use which ever builds you want, mine are built with PUB while his are not.

I will still continue making builds, I just want to be able to enjoy my phone as well.
