Recommend a Fast, Non Laggy & Battery efficient ROM

Hello!

Please recommend a ROM which is fast, smooth, non-laggy and battery efficient. I am not hungry for many features. My main criteria is a fast and non-laggy ROM. I have tried many ROM's in the past but all of them gets laggy after a few days of use.

Please recommend.

If you wanna you can use SuperNexus 4.0. It's rock solid and very battery efficient (however since it's basically AOSP with very few modifications you can add any features you want via Xposed Framework). I'm now on ParanoidAndroid 4 and it is as stable as it gets, but it's battery usage can't stand a chance against SN's.
