I know this is an old issue but I've been searching a while and cant resolve it ,
my s3 continually downloads old emails and I've no idea how to sort it ,
I'm using a pop3 server as I like to leave my mail on the server ,
I gave K-9 a go , it was slightly better but still downloads old email
