Switch on / off by pressing the icon. Frequency adjustable by volume buttons.
Works with locked screen.
Off automatically after 30 minutes to save battery life.

A-Strobe is free and contains no ads.

Works on my Moto X XT1053 developer edition running kit Kat 4.4.3 everything works well frequency and turn on and off
