I got a little problem since I started using build 25.

First off, I know this issue probably isn't critical for anyone else, but any help would be highly appreciated.

I use my phone as alarm clock each morning, but yesterday morning and today, something weird happened. The alarm is set to ring at 7:00, but it didn't. In fact it first started beeping when I woke up by myself and turned on the screen to see what the clock was, this have now resulted with me getting out of bed 30-35mins to late the last two days.

Also, due to my work I'm getting email during the night, but the notification(sound) from these mails are also first coming when I turn on the screen, like the alarm clock.

So this might sound weird, but to me it seems like the phone isn't in standby when the screen is off, but more like its sleeping.

Setup:
AOKP build 25
Franco kernel 3.0.8 nightly 18.6 (stock settings)

Any help would be really nice, I really don't wanna change to another ROM, just because of this kinda issue.

Do you have a screen off profile in Set CPU? Maybe the max speed is too low.
Also, try with the default kernel to check if it's kernel related.

On build 25 my WiFi is causing a kernel wakelock and I assume keeping the phone awake as the battery is being hammered. I tried both stock kernel and Franco...I do keep it on 'never sleep' but never happened before with previous builds. Problem goes away if I turn wifi off. Any other ideas?

Think you have to just off Wi-Fi :(

Well I have Google music because I changed my IP to set it up for the first time, but they should still make it available with the choice of having cloud Google music as an option (like it is on stock)

Because it's a region specific app Google has asked AOSP devs not to include it in their ROMs, so it's been taken out of the GApps package. As others here have said there are other ways to get it back.

Does anyone else have serious Google Sky Map inaccuracies? I was trying to verify what a couple planets were last night and it was way off. The moon was literally right next to one of the planets at the time and it didn't have the moon anywhere near where I was looking. A friend's Atrix got it perfectly and mine has worked fine in the past.

Would it be possible to integrate the supercharger script modifications into the AOKP builds by default? For reference see: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=991276, especially posting #2. The ICS memory management is very inefficient. Without the supercharger script, for example nova launcher will constantly redraw when returning to the homescreen. ICS doesn't seem to be capable of locking the home launcher properly into memory.

Convert (at least temporarily...) from winner's cm9 build, here. I flashed b26 last night and am using one of morfic's test kernels. After being unable to find out how to get the original Phase Beam working, I found the flashable zip linked in the faq. Flashed it, but no dice--anybody have an idea of how to get Phase Beam to show up at all in the Live Wallpaper list?

(Fwiw, I had previously pulled a copy from another rom I had on my phone beforehand, and after deleting unicornporn and throwing phasebeam.apk in there, it didn't work.)

I installed this and it seems like it has a blue hue to it.

My wallpaper is black as you can see here:

http://phota.me/mnhZ

But after loading this ROM, it has a strong blue tint to it. It's not the image, because the link above is a screenshot, which still shows the black tint.

Anyone else getting something like this?

could be your kernel, are you using franco's kernel or any kernel with color control?

Doesn't appear to be my screen, I tried loading a pure black website and it loads as black.

So it's something with the wallpaper itself, but it's not the image.

Yes i'm using franco, where can I find settings for franco?

edit: actually it looks like status / nav bar might be slightly blue

you can do it via terminal or use franco's app from market to edit the colors :)
so you solved it? it's not actually blue hue but actually the status/nav bar is slightly blue, contributing to your placebo effect of blue hue on your wallpaper?

you could clearly see it was downloaded 3000+ times.

People are sickening. Always thinking they are better than you and always have worthless **** to say to make them selves feel superior or better than you. How much does it really bother you people? Always wasting my time reading your smart ass remarks did you really have to waste posts to correct this person? His post helped me to know there was a new build without having to scroll back pages but posts like yours are what gets me. So much juvenile drama makes me wonder how old most are. How bad would it have hurt you to just ignore his post without adding to it with more senseless posts? Give it a rest you will be ok. Don't worry I bet he won't dare do it again.

..this should avoid a lot of repeating questions :)

    Bugs I have:
Gallery wont sync (TeamEos gApps fix this)
Navigation bar longpress action Menu wont work in launcher (wont go to settings)

It's impressive to see how many features they already have included - considering they started from scratch! and I must say the butter really makes the 4.1 smooth!
It can't be long before all their features is included!
