Where can I get an older stock ROM from? I have searched this forum - and elsewhere - and cannot find any links to stock OEM Surround ROMs.

WP7 Dev seems to be leaning toward App dev, instead of ROM dev, at least lately. Homebrew Marketplace seems to be 'all the rage,' right now.

very nice. just tell her it is that or buying another phone to play with. i experimented with doing that awhile back, but the results weren't consistent.
also, the build process is time-consuming. so, i decided on a half-point of sort.
which will be seen in intrinsic 2. i had already set up Post #2 for it.

i had hit a snag in development, but i believe i have overcome the problem. i hope to have something for testers by week's end.
welcome. if you can't find one, try asking Football about a Telus Shipped ROM. i can extract the Radio from it.
