I believe they will replace a new set for you.
If you're in KL, htc service centre in Berjaya Plaza gives a very good service based on my past experience with them

I read a warranty statement that it write if I warranty my phone and they will count my warranty at the date I buy or the date I give they warranty(lasts three months):confused: and does the full box include my invoice?

First you must register (within 7 days from your purchase) and your warranty will be calculated from the date of purchase. If no registration done, the warranty will be from the date the phone is manufactured.

No harm bringing along your invoice but it is not needed if you already registered the warranty.

Ya.. you need to bring along the invoice as you don't send them a copy at the time of registration. Then you can ask the service centre to update your data.

Nah... what he meant was Htc will replace your phone with a new set of Htc One V. They will give you a full box set, so you need to send in the full box set too.
