Hello, I have a simple question. Can I flash the Verizon developer rom and kernel on a T-Mobile, Sprint, etc. device instead of getting a developer phone? I would rather buy used than buy a new developer phone. Thanks!

If I understand your question, you want to buy a TMO or Sprint phone with an unlocked bootloader (so you can run CM11), but use it on Verizon?

If that's your question, then the answer is no. Verizon controls what devices operate on their network, and won't allow it to be activated.

I really need to get off of Verizon.. Biggest mistake I've ever made was dropping my $70 unlimited Sprint plan. :crying:
