[Q] htc one x stuck on htc logo

hello..i installed a custom rom (venom x ) AND IT INSTALLED successfully but it wont boot up its stuck on the htc quietly brilliant logo ..i did everything ..i flashed boot.img, wiped system ,dalvik cache ,cache but still no results ...please help

First we start by flashing a compatible recovery, download Philz touch 5.15.9 and rename the file to "recovery.img"and flash it :

Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Fastboot erase cache

Also flash the boot.img from the viper x rom.zip :

Fastboot flash boot boot.img
Fastboot erase cache

Then follow the next steps in the recovery :
